Whitney Carter was crowned Miss U.S. Virgin Islands 2010 or Miss U.S. Paradise 2010. She will represent the American Virgin Islands in Miss World 2010 in Sanya, China this October.
A press conference to introduce Miss U.S. Paradise, Whitney Carter, to the public will take place at 1 p.m., Friday, Aug. 13 at Cyndee’s Models in The Isle Studio, No. 9 Princess Plaza.
