Virginie Dechenaud of La Frette is first runner-up of Miss France 2010. She is 23 year old and stands 1.74m.

Virginie has completed her Bachelor Degree in Communication and is now studying for a Masters in Marketing. She has a passion for dance and enjoys Swimming and Running. Personal Motto: ‘Soyons realistes, demandons l’impossible.’ Which means, Be realistic, demand the impossible.

My first fashion show was an unforgettable moment becuase it was an achievement of my dreams.

I would like to work in communication because I like the contact with other people. Moreover, this field can allow me to join my work with my passion of the mode.

When I was young, I wanted to work with children. This interest of young people is very important for me. That's why I take part in associations for children.
